Suggested Use
Add 1 scoop (approx. 6.47g) to 12-14 fl oz of water, mix well, and drink immediately, 30-60 minutes before your meal. Drink an additional glass of water. Do not take less than 2 hours before bedtime. Take 1 scoop per day to start and increase to 1 scoop twice per day.

Warnings
ColonBroom should be consumed with at least one full glass of liquid. Taking psyllium husk without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not use this product if you have difficulty swallowing. Consult with your physician prior to use if pregnant/nursing, have a digestive disorder, or if you are otherwise under medical supervision or using prescription drugs. Not recommended for children. Some individuals are allergic to inhaled or ingested psyllium husk; if you experience signs of an allergic reaction, stop taking the supplement and seek medical attention.
